I think the videos are very good, professional, and comprehensive - they cover every eventuality on the telephone. They are rich in vocabulary (and important facts like the numbers for the emergency services) so there's plenty of new words to learn.
The sentences are very natural everyday French and there are some interesting words and phrases that you explain as you go along such as 'elle est clouée au lit'.
I particularly like the fact that you read the dialogues first (so we can practice listening skills) then see the dialogue in French (reading skills) and then finally in English. Also you repeat the dialogue in French so it's good for perfecting pronunciation too.
