Note I didn't say "Speak fluent French in 30 days!" because that's just rubbish marketing hype and you know it - nobody ever speaks fluently after 30 days.
What this method can do is teach you a fair amount of sentence structures, vocabulary and verbs in around 20 minutes per lesson, just by working on building sentences.
In each lesson, you are given the "blocks" or "chunks" which you will use to build increasingly complex sentences as you progress. All you need to do is set aside 20 minutes a day to watch the videos and use the accompanying PDF transcriptions.

This course has been developed for complete beginners as well as intermediate students and is designed to help you assimilate the structure of the French language quickly and painlessly.
This way of learning is the complete opposite to the "classical" way you learn in school. There are no grammar drills, no fill-in-the-gaps exercises, and no isolated vocabulary lists to learn. Instead, you learn the way you learnt your own language - through repetition of the same structures in spoken sentences.

The foundation lessons are useful for the complete beginner, as it covers basics such as time, weather, date, numbers, phonetics, etc that are not covered in the body of the course. It also has a list of verbs that are almost the same in French and English, so you will already know quite a few before you even start!
The videos cover a lot of everyday vocabulary, structures and verbs that you need to speak French at a basic level (having said that, even some of my advanced students didn't know a few of these structures). We will start with basic sentence openers such as "il y a" and "c'est" and we will also make use of expressions using the infinitive (je voudrais, j'ai besoin de, etc.).
There is one PDF document per video lesson. You need to keep the vocabulary section visible when you watch the video for the first time and hide the sentences underneath. Listen to each sentence in English, then try to build them in French using the "blocks" of vocabulary provided, then check your answer. The PDFs are also useful for revision purposes.
At the end of level 1, you will also find a test and a list of verbs and conjugations that we have learnt. Use this list as reference only.

What Students Say
I am so impressed with the content and organization of your lessons. I am the typical B1 level learner who can't string together a sentence when it comes to speaking. I think it is because I have too much grammar, too much vocabulary, that I am so confused when I want to say something basic. And then the confusion of what I learned in class and in text books, to what I hear natives actually say. Thank you so much for clarifying and streamlining what is really required to SPEAK. I am so grateful to have come across your wonderful work!
As a complete beginner, I am finding these challenging and I usually need a few days to feel ready to move on to the next lesson, but I like the feeling of learning something I can use straightaway.
Amazing - I have learnt more in five lessons than I have in one year at college!
